Yes. A representative will visit with you at no cost or obligation. They will give you a complete overview of the Betterliving product of your choice, take measurements and give you a cost estimate immediately. This is an EXACT price – precise, right down to the penny. It is a far cry from the typical “ballpark estimate.”

How Long Does It Take To Install A Room/Window/Awning? [back to top]
Most rooms can be built in a matter of 3-5 days. Awnings and windows can be installed within 1-2 days.
Will Sub-Contractors Be Used On The Construction? [back to top]
No. Our sunroom installers are Betterliving employees who are factory trained, licensed, bonded and insured. They undergo rigorous training and must pass a series of stringent exams to become a qualified Betterliving installer.
How Will I Know What Permits Are Required and How They Are Processed? [back to top]
Local requirements for permits vary from town to town. For your convenience, we will obtain all necessary permits for the work to be done on your home. All work conforms to exact code requirements and specifications.
Can Betterliving Patio and Sunrooms Be Heated and Cooled For Year Round Enjoyment? [back to top]
Yes, and this depends on the style of room you choose. Betterliving Vinyl Sunrooms are insulated and can easily be heated and cooled for comfort during all but the most extreme weather conditions. Aluminum patio rooms are designed as three season rooms to extend the outdoor season. Space heaters and cooling fans serve to make the room more comfortable in very hot or cold weather. Insulated glass is available for our 3-season aluminum rooms.
Can We Build On Your Existing Deck Or Patio? [back to top]
YES, we can install on your existing foundation if it meets local building code requirements for sunroom installation. We can also build a new foundation or deck if needed, and secure all necessary permits.

Our structurally engineered rooms meet building code requirements throughout North America. We have received confirmation from the National Evaluation Service that our roof panels are in compliance with ICC codes as well as BOCA National, ICBO Uniform and SBCCI Standard Codes!
